This week I at least finished my resume. I sent out a few so far and Monday morning I am going to hit it hard sending them out. I’m not to concerned with getting a job speedily but more concerned with getting the right job and going where the Lord wants me to go.

I always thought that I would never live in the Upstate. I actually really do like the Upstate and if I can find a job around here I’ll be willing to stay for sure.

If anyone is looking for some really neat opportunities, Bill Gates as most of you know retired and is working with his foundation now. They have many many jobs available.

Running day 3. I’m sore. I hope the Aleve I just took kicks in quickly. 5:30 this morning is the official time I started my day. Odd I know. It’s been a really good day.

I’m off to read another chapter in Experiencing the Cross by Henry Blackaby. I’m only on chapter 2 now but chapter 1 was mind blowing awesome. Well I’ll ready chapter 2 then bed. Next post in the AM for sure.

Lord I pray you would protect us. There is such a realization that our world is so fallen in sin, it is easy to get entangled by it. Lord I pray that we would run, with reckless abandon Lord. That we would run so fast from the sin that so easily entangles us.

Lord I pray that you would come to everyone meeting in your name like a rushing wind. I pray they would be able to feel your Holy Spirit in the midst of them. You are mighty, lovely, beautiful, patient, kind, PERFECT in every way. You are Hosanna. You are the God who SAVES. Who breaks chains. Nothing has ever contained you and nothing ever will. Your kingdom has always been forcefully advancing and will continue until you burst the skies open and ride to rescue and save your children.

I woke up early this morning and I’m not totally sure why. I went to bed at about a 11. It feels good to be up this early, way before the sun and all. I kind of wish I had a cup of coffee but my car is still broke down so I can’t fetch one myself. Although I guess I could put some sweats on and run get one somewhere.

Speaking of sweating, boy did I sweat yesterday. Rodney my roommate got me running on Sunday and let me tell you, Sunday was not a very happy day for me. I was in lots of pain. We went two miles jogging, running, dying… aka walking a little bit. We did it again yesterday and I was better though. I was able to keep a pace somewhat steady yesterday. I’m hoping to get my fresh out of college 40lbs to go away. I know some of that weight is probably natural but I know a lot of it is from eating way to many cheeseburgers for sure.
